Are you interested in our weight loss options at Evolve Esthetics? Here is the basic information before booking your initial consultation.

Weight Loss 

+ A consultation is required by law to be administered any weight loss medication. 
+ A consultation can be done either in person or virtually and last about 15-30 minutes.
+ The initial consultation is $150 plus the cost of medications.
+ Medication costs are discussed at the consultation appointment.
 + Follow up appointments are $75 plus the cost of the refill medications.
+ Follow up appointments are required every 2-3 months for refills.
+ Lab blood work is available and will be ordered based on the patient's medical history.
+ On average, one prescription will last about 10 weeks per patient.
+ Medication dosing is adjusted based on an individual basis and the patient's response to the medications.
+ Shots are given once weekly and can be administered at home.
+ If the patient does not know how to administer a shot, we can help with education.
+ The medication is delivered directly to the patient's home along with syringes and alcohol swabs.
+ The medication is stored in the refrigerator.
 

+ We cannot guarantee any weight loss results, but on average, patients will lose 15-22% of their bodyweight with proper weight loss administration.
